Welcome to Sports Is Us, a new blog dedicated to fans of all walks of life. My name is Phil, i am a crazy sports fanatic! My favorite teams are the Kansas City Chiefs and the New York Yankees. Whattttt you ask yourself!?? How can someone be a Chiefs fan and a Yankees fan? Well, cause i can!!! My story is quite unique, i was born in Zaire, Africa, and when i came to the United States, my mother bought me a Chiefs starter jacket for my first winter, and i have been a fan since. And the Yankees? My father's side of the family are from up north, and my fondest memory with my grandmother, was when she took me to the old Yankee stadium when i was 7 to see the Yankees, and i have been a fan since. I, along with one of my best buddies Cris, have decided to start this blog in honor of all the great passionate fans out there. We want to discuss anything regarding sports, doesn't have to just be our favorite teams. We know we all love to watch and talk about sports, so why not start a blog about it. That's right, like my boy Phil said we are looking for those sports fanatics! We want to see pictures of you repping your team. Pics of you with some of your favorite players in sports whatever you can come up with. And let's also see who and who doesn't know anything about sports!
